6.2km Ilesa Road Dualization: Osun NIESV Commends Governor Ademola Adeleke On Strategic Development

Osun State Branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers has commended Governor Ademola Adeleke on strategic infrastructural development of roads in the state.
This was made known by the institution Chairman, ESV Adekunle Adedoye M.Tech, FNIVS, RVS at the flag off of the 6.2km dualization of Ereja Square, Imo Akure Expressway.
According to Adedoye, “the road projects strategically located at towns in local governments of this state are long overdue, adding that this projects when completed will aid development and place Osun state on the list of developed state in the country.”
Speaking further, he maintained that having access to good road network is one of the yardstick investors consider in investing in any venture, and he added that the present projects of Governor Ademola Adeleke will uplift and open up the state for economic growth.
Adedoye added that, “sentiment and politics apart, Governor Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke is working, and he should not be tired nor relent in doing well in the area of infrastructural development.”
He further stressed that the Estate Surveyors and And Valuers is to determine the values of affected properties for compensation payment, while adding that the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure in conjunction with Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors And Valuers NIESV Osun State Branch are working together for the success of the project.
Highlighting the dual function of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, ESV Adekunle Adedoye, the Osun State Branch Chairman stated that there are some other areas like asset management and property rating to generate IGR for government of Osun State, that NIESV can be consulted for.
Commending Governor Ademola Adeleke for good performance, he reiterated the support of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers NIESV for his government.
“Indeed it is the season of development for Osun state, and Governor Ademola Adeleke is showing he lives his state by putting up landmark structures, we are proud of him” – Adedoye added.
