People’s Welfare In Osun Tops Governor Adelekes Priority – Bunmi Jenyo

The present administration will not stop at giving necessary concern and attention to the people in all its programmes, policies and activities for the promotion and enhancement of the social and economic development of the state.

 

Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Rev. Bunmi Jenyo stated this among other remarks during a working visit to traders and artisans of the popular Ajegunle market, Osogbo.

 

Speaking at a specially organized meeting in honour of the state governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, Rev. Jenyo commended the traders and artisans for their love and support since 2022 when the administration came on board.

 

He disclosed that Osun State is on a path of economic, industrial and infrastructural growth, which in turn, will be of tremendous benefits for the traders and artisans at Ajegunle Market.

 

The Commissioner, while assuring them of plans by Adeleke led administration to always consider them in the scheme of things that will boost their businesses also sought their love, trust, co-operation, peaceful coexistence and unity.

 

Rev Jenyo in his words stated ” As a government, we will build a better State which will be a melting point of commercial and industrial activities in the entire South West.

 

“To this end, we will continue to work with your leadership to enhance productivity and identify areas where we can improve on as regards your economic activities here in Ajegunle market and by extension, the entire state.”

 

The Chairman, Ajegunle Trade men and Artisans, Alhaji Kamorudeen Azeez in his remarks thanked Governor Ademola Adeleke for his giant strides in various sectors towards the development of the state. He also prayed for the success of the current administration.

 

Describing the visit as timely and well intentioned, Alhaji Kamorudeen on behalf of Ajegunle market pledged their co-operation and support to the present administration, emphasizing that Ajegunle market in Osogbo remains a veritable partner in the progress and development of Osun State.
