2025 UTME Registration: UNIMED Highlights Name As Ondo State University of Medical Sciences in JAMB Brochure
The University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo has been inundated with calls over the confusion about the name to look out for in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board brochure for the 2025 UTME registration.
While the law establishing the University as amended and passed in December 2024 recognises the institution as “University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo”, it is yet to be effected in the brochure of JAMB.
According to the Admission Officer of the University, Ms. Olufunbi Ladapo “Candidates, parents and guardians of wards who are currently registering for the 2025 UTME and are willing to apply to UNIMED, Ondo should look out for ‘Ondo State University of Medical Sciences’ on the JAMB platform as “UNIMED’ is not yet on the platform “.
This information is to ensure that no candidate is deprived of gaining admission to the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo.
