Osun League of Veteran Journalists Commends Governor Adeleke for revitalizing OSBC


The League of Veteran Journalists in Osun state has applauded Governor Ademola Adeleke for responding to clarion calls to reposition Osun state Broadcasting Corporation as an effective organ of information dissemination.

In a release made available to newsmen, the league identifies with Osun state Broadcasting Corporation and congratulate it’s management and staff for witnessing the dawn of a new era with the purchase of state of the arts digital transmitters and studio equipments for all the arms of the media conglomerate.

The release signed by the Chairman Adepoju Atobatele and Secretary Olusola Ajiboye express confidence in the capacity of the corporation to discharge it’s statutory and constitutional responsibilities to the Government and peoples of the state.

The League of Veteran Journalists also charged the corporation to redouble efforts at rallying the citizens of Osun state within and outside the country to support Government in it’s drive to deliver on its mandate and provide free channels for them to air their views irrespective of social, Religious, cultural and Political differences.

While saluting the commitment of the corporation’s Political heads,the veteran journalists charged them not to waver in pushing for the best to turn around the corporation and make it a mega broadcast channel to beat.
