APC Primaries: K-RAD, Fadahunsi, Ogunbiyi, ITK, Oluga, Oke, others Declared Winners for Senate and Representative Seats

The All Progressives Congress APC party primaries in Osun state has been concluded for the 2027 general election into the Senate and House of Representatives.

 

The primaries election committee has announced the winners of the Saturday’s election, and they include:

Three Senatorial Candidates:

1. Osun Central Senatorial District: Barrister Kayode Adegoke K-RAD

2. Osun East Senatorial District: Senator Francis Fadahunsi

3. Osun West Senatorial District: Dr Akin Ogunbiyi.

The Nine winners at the primaries for the House of Representative Seats are:

1. Ibraheem Taofeek kayode in Osogbo, Olorunda, Irepodun and Orolu

2. Hon. Mrs. Taiwo Oluga in Ayedaade, Irewole, Isokan

3. Hon. Oluwole Oke for Oriade and Obokun

4. Dr. Adebisi Obawale in Boluwaduro, Ila, Ifedayo

5. Hon. Eniade Francis Damilare in Boripe, Ifelodun, Odo otin

6. Hon. David Asalu in Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore and Ejigbo

7. Hon. Sanya Ominrin in Atakumosa East, Atakumosa West, Ilesa West and Ilesa East

8. Prince Ademola Adedapo in Iwo, Ayedire and Olaoluwa.

9. Hon. Taofeek Ajilesoro in Ife Central, North, East and South.

 

Also, Some contestants were noted to have withdrawn their interest on the Saturday primaries election day in Osun state.

 

From the list, Osun East Senatorial District: Senator Francis Fadahunsi, Hon. Mrs. Taiwo Oluga in Ayedaade, Irewole, Isokan, Hon. Oluwole Oke for Oriade and Obokun, and Hon. Taofeek Ajilesoro in Ife Central, North, East and South are aiming to return back to the National Assembly, while the other candidates are freshers.

 

However, it must be noted that Hon. Mrs. Taiwo Oluga in Ayedaade, Irewole, Isokan, is the only female candidate of All Progressives Congress APC vying for position at the National Assembly.

 

The APC Primaries winners will be contesting with other winners of other political parties in the state for their various positions in the February 2027 general election.
