All Hands and Projects Limited has unveiled that, Osogbo Fashion and Garment week is slated to hold on Saturday November 30, 2024.
This disclosure was made at a media briefing held at Heritage gallery Ogo-Oluwa, Osogbo at the weekend.
According to the Creator of Osogbo Fashion and Garment week 2024, Honorable Olubi Adejobi, the programs shows a spotlight on the immense talent within Osogbo’s thriving fashion ecosystem, which include designers, garment makers, jewelers, make up hair stylists, models and other industry professionals to showcase their skills.
He emphasized that the highlight of the fashion and garment show, which is uniformed garments of industries such as aviation, hotels, restaurants, fire safety and courier services among others, would be on display.
Speaking further, he added that the uniformed garments would be fusion style of Osogbo traditional fabrics and others.
Disclosing that the 45 models for the show were selected based on interest and skills without bias, he also stated that the garment makers were selected after several test and careful consideration which brought out the best among them.
Honorable Olubi, a Special Adviser in the cabinet of Governor Ademola Adeleke, used the medium to call out to sponsors for support and collaboration, adding that the first in the series of Osogbo Fashion and Garment Week would create job employment and economic sustainability, maintaining that the project has come to stay and that it will promote Osun State.
He called on operators in the uniformed garments usage industry in the country, to avail themselves of the fashion show, adopt the showcased unique branding, saying that the local fabric inspired beach wears are also part of the show costumes.
