Having subordinates who trusts you, is an affirmation that a leader will always be glad of, and my becoming the National President of Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers NIESV is kudos to our institution members who trusted me with their votes, and am glad the talent of ESV Adekunle Adedoye is recognized across strata, particularly his root.
Today, “I stand before everyone to acknowledge that Osun NIESV Chairman, ESV Adekunle Adedoye is a reputable choice and worthy as Otun Tobalase of Gbongan town, alongside his wife as Yeye Tobalase.”
This are the statements of the National President and Council Chairman of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers NIESV, ESV Victor Alonge Pnivs, at the chieftaincy installation ceremony of Chief Adekunle Adedoye, Otun Tobalase of Gbongan town at the weekend.
“Kunle is a good man, son and brother, who is sincere and trustworthy, he listens and respect his elders, and such always has a future, he is a thorough bred professional. I can also attest to the nature of his wife, she complements her husband as a good wife.”
At the installation done by HRM Oba Dr Adetoyese Oyeniyi JP Odugbemi I, the Olufi of Gbongan, ESV Victor Alonge pray God be with them in this journey of community leaders, Gbongan town is lucky to have such illustrious son and daughter, and we are proud of associating with them.
Similarly, the NIESV National President Alonge, also addressing the pressmen at the chieftaincy installation reception, informed all that the governments has partnered the institution on eradicating property quack agents, thereby strengthening the body in line with the council constitution.
The constitution has empowered us to go after the quacks, and our members are delivering quality services so that the difference between professionals and quacks is obvious.
As part of our advocacy, we are enlightening the public to be wary of the quacks, to patronize registered Estate Surveyors and Valuers, to deal with their property issues effectively.
