UNIMED VC, Prof. Ebunoluwa Adejuyigbe to Bury Her Father in Grand Style

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo, Professor Ebunoluwa Adejuyigbe has lined up plans for the final burial rites of her father, Pa Stephen Adeoba, in Jos, Plateau State and Ikakumo Àkókò, Ondo State.

 

While the event in Plateau State will hold on Thursday, 11th December and Friday, 12th December, 2025, Ikakumo Àkókò in Ondo State will host dignitaries from all walks of life between Thursday, 18th December and Friday, 19th December, 2025.

 

Since the demise of Pa Stephen Taiwo Adeoba, tributes have been pouring in from well wishers. Prof. Ebunoluwa Adejuyigbe described her father as loving and a builder of men and women. According to her, “My father lived a life that is worthy of emulation. He was intentional in parenting his children. As painful as his death is, we take solace in the exemplary life that he lived. We are not going to mourn like unbelievers ; we are only going to celebrate his life and times”.

 

Pa Stephen Adeoba died at the ripe age of 91.
