OSUN NULGE PRESIDENT HAILS GOV ADELEKE ON WORKERS DAY, SAYS ENDORSEMENT WELL DESERVING

Osun state chapter of my the Nigeria Union of Local government Employee (NULGE) President Comrade Dr. Nathaniel Ogungbangbe has hailed Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke on workers day and for running a workforce friendly administration.
This is, as Comrade Ogungbangbe also lauded Governor Ademola Adeleke for receiving the endorsement of Osun workers on his second term ambition.
The State President of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, Dr Nathaniel Ogungbangbe, made it known that the endorsement was based on delivering of good governance, particularly over the welfare of the good people of the state.
Ogungbangbe made the disclosure at workers day celebration, held at Fakunle sports ground, where he applauded the governor for prioritising workers’ welfare in the state, noting that the government is paying salaries as at when due, alongside other benefits.
He added that, “despite what the state of the local governments, our governor has not failed us in the payment of salaries, and he also approved uniform clothes for members of NULGE and others to celebrate the May One Workers day, we appreciate him for this.”
Speaking further, “the Osun NULGE President reiterated that Governor Ademola Adeleke has not failed us. Therefore, we will not fail him too.”
“We, workers of Osun local government are reaffirming our support for Governor Ademola Adeleke in 2026. He is doing well for workers and we promise our votes in 2026.”
Also speaking on the resumption of the local government staff to office, Ogungbangbe said the directive to return to office will be given by the leadership of NULGE, while adding that it will take place as soon as the safety of workers are guaranteed.
Comrade Nathaniel Ogungbangbe appreciated Osun state local government staff and other workers in the state and wished all – HAPPY CELEBRATIONS.
