NIESV Osun State Branch Holds 2024 AGM, Achievements And Future Plans Highlighted by Chairman

The Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) Osun State Branch recently held its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to wrap up the year.

 

This is as the Chairman of the branch, ESV Adekunle Adedoye, highlighted the branch’s achievements and future plans, and commended the members for dedication and hard work, which he said has contributed to the growth and development of the profession.

 

ESV Adedoye at the AGM which held at NIESV House Osogbo, also emphasized the importance of leadership in driving positive change, and noted that the institution is in dire need of visionary and transformational leadership, as he assured members that his tenure will maintain and strengthen the cooperation and cordial working relationship between the Osun State Branch members.

 

The Chairman, ESV Adedoye Adekunle at the AGM, used the medium to express his gratitude to Governor Ademola Adeleke for appointing him as Special Assistant, and he also thanked his colleagues for the support and contribution to the growth of the institution throughout the outgoing year.

 

Also speaking, ESV Professor Seyi Adegoke commended the introduction of new innovations and the financial balance of the association, where he called on credible members to come forward and contest for positions when the time comes, he urged the current executive committee to do more to leave a lasting legacy when they vacate their positions.

 

ESV Segun Fasiku on his part noted that everyone was happy with the AGM, he advised the executive committee to listen to the yearnings of members and take necessary actions, while he encouraged the association to explore ways to improve in all areas and promote attendance at future AGMs.

 

At the Osun NIESV, the AGM featured presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, providing members with a chance to engage with each other and share their experiences, and was a huge success according to the participants, who praised the organizers for a well-planned executed program.

 

The Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers is a professional organization which promotes interests of its members and advance the practice of estate surveying and valuation in Nigeria.
