Osun Head of Service Congratulates Gov Adeleke On Three Years In Office 

Osun State Head of Service, Elder ‘Leye Aina has joined all well wishers to congratulate Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke of the state as he clocks three years in office today, Thursday, 27th November, 2025.

 

The Head of Service in a congratulatory message to the people’s Governor issued and made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Wednesday, praised the Governor for strengthening the civil service through training and capacity building since he assumed the mantle of leadership three years ago.

 

Elder Aina described Governor Adeleke as a compassionate and committed leader who has prioritized improving the lives of Osun citizens including public servants since coming on board three years ago. He highlighted some of the achievements of the administration as prompt payment of salaries, payment of backlog of half salaries owed public servants and pensioners by his predecessors, prompt payment of pension and and gratuities, among others.

 

Mr Aina noted that all of these are being achieved without affecting the huge infrastructural development in the State.

 

The Osun Head of Service in the congratulatory message extolled Governor Adeleke for his prompt approval and implementation of the new minimum wage which has been acclaimed as one of the best in the country.

 

The HOS commended the Governor for extending the Health Insurance Scheme to pensioners in the state as a show of his concern for the health of our senior citizens who spent better part of their lives in the service of the State.

 

“There is no doubting the fact that Governor Ademola Adeleke is a performer and an achiever. He is widely known as “the talk and do governor”, the HOS stated.

 

Elder Aina urged public servants and pensioners in the state to continue to be dedicated and supportive, encouraging them to reciprocate the government’s good gestures by redoubling their efforts in the service of the state.

 

The Head of Service further encouraged all Osun State workers to mirror the Governor’s commitment by approaching their work with diligence and sincerity.

 

The HOS concluded: “On behalf the entire public servants in the state, I congratulate Governor Adeleke on the occasion of his third anniversary in office. Almighty God will continue to uphold and guide him as he continues to pilot the affairs of the state to greater heights”.
