NAWOJ CELEBRATES YEYELUWA MODUPEOLA ADELEKE-SANNI ON BIRTHDAY, SALUTES HER SERVICE, GRACE, AND MOTHERLY COUNSEL
The Osun State Chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ has felicitated with its Grand Matron, Chief Mrs Modupeola Adeleke-Sanni, on the occasion of her birthday, describing her as a pillar of service, grace, and inspiration to women in media and across the state.
In a birthday message signed by the Chairperson, Comrade Abisola Ariwodola, and Secretary Oluwaranti Ojewumi said the life and leadership of Chief Mrs Adeleke Sanni, who is also the mother of Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, continue to support the government’s mission.
Describing her as a Matriarch and Pillar of support, Osun NAWOJ noted that the Grand Matron’s “unwavering backing, wisdom, and commitment to the welfare of women, children and aged” have bolstered the state’s drive to promote professionalism, gender equality, and social justice in journalism.
“We celebrate not just your birthday, but the impact of your leadership as a matriarch, philanthropist, and pillar of support to our Governor, Sen. Ademola Adeleke. Your dedication to community development and advocacy for the vulnerable mirrors the values we uphold as women journalists,” the statement read.
The association prayed for Chief Mrs Adeleke-Sanni’s continued good health, joy, and divine blessings.
“Today, we pray that Almighty God grants you good health, renewed strength, joy, and many more years of fruitful impact. May your new age be filled with peace, honour, and divine blessings,” Osun NAWOJ stated.
