A foremost Nongovernmental organization, Hope for Family Development Initiative HFDI Nigeria has sought for qualified vendors as a result of growth in its organisation.

 

The humanitarian organisation which works in partnership with the Federal and State Governments of Nigeria, national and and international bodies, such as UNICEF, European Union, German Foreign Office, among others, has its headquarter in Osogbo Osun state and also domiciled in states across Nigeria.

 

 

HFDI needs Vendors in the following area, such as:

1. Communication Vendor

2. Electric Power Equipment supplier

3. Furnitures & fitting

4. Printers, Desktop and Laptop Computers

5. Stationery

6. Air conditional

7. Food Vendors

8. Event managers

9. Vehicle hire companies and

10. Logistics Companies vendor

 

Location:

Osun and Akwa-Ibom State (Nigeria)

 

Application Criteria:

The business is legally registered with the country’s corporate affairs commission (CAC). It is not a subsidiary, and not associated with any subsidiary company, and also not owned by an associated individual in a technical partnership or employment with Hope for family development Initiative.

 

The organisation encourages vendors who are applying to prioritize selection of categories of core expertise.

Submission of completed application form does not mean automatic approval.

 

The HFDI team will reach out to qualified vendor for documentation after evaluation process. 

 

Only approved vendors can respond to HFDI Request for Proposal (RFPs).
