The Osun State Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Oluomo Kolapo Alimi, Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Enlightenment, Hon. Eniola Odeniyi, Management and the entire staff of the Ministry have jointly acknowledged and applauded the unprecedented developments which the administration of Senator Ademola Adeleke has brought and still bringing to the people of the state in the last two years.

management and the entire staff of the Ministry described the last 24 months of Adeleke’s administration as one spent with a lot of good things to cherish and adore by the people of Osun State, particularly in the area of peace, oneness, security and mega infrastructures here and there throughout the state.
In a special congratulatory message signed and issued to newsmen by Oluomo Kolapo Alimi on behalf of the Ministry, it was emphasized that, Osun has never had it so good and rewarding in virtually all sectors, a development, which in the last 24 months, has made the state to be on the front burner of local, national and international discourses.
Alimi’s statement further reads in part ;
“Here at the Ministry of Information and Public Enlightenment, we are using this opportunity to cheerfully identify with as well as align our thinking and position with the many success stories of Mr Talk and Do, His Excellency, Senator (Dr ) Ademola Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State in the last two years.
“Without any iota of doubt and exaggeration, we join the rest of the people of the state and humanity in general to acknowledge that steadily and systematically, your administration has been extremely impactful when viewed against the many monumental achievements in critical sectors in spite of the myriads of daunting challenges,your administration,
unarguably met on ground but which you confronted headlong like the real Omo Balogun and Asiwaju’, which you are.
“Your Excellency, Sir , it must also be emphasized on this occasion that, in the last two years, we have never had it so good in Osun State in the area of regular payments of salaries, payment of wage awards to Civil Servants, release of bonds totalling several billions of naira to pensioners, cash backing of promotion approved by the previous administrations, continuous training of staff for increased performance, regular promotion as and when due and the recent approval of the recommendation of a powerful committee which you put in place led by your Chief Of Staff, Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye leading to a N75,000 minimum wage to all workers in Osun State.
“Other sectors like Education, Health, Power, Science and Technology, Local Govt and Chieftaincy, Agriculture, Lands and Physical planning, Youth and Sports, Justice, Empowerment, among others have equally not been left behind by your people oriented governance style.
“To further endear you and your administration to the good people of Osun, Your Excellency ,has turned every nook and crannies of the state to mega construction sites where many construction works have been completed and many others on going.
“Your Excellency, as we wish you many fruitful years ahead for the growth and dev.of Osun State, we want to place on record that you have, no doubt , laid necessary foundation for lasting and enduring progress in our dear state, Osun. This is heartwarming and gladdening to our souls. We can not thank you enough.
“As we, therefore, bask in the euphoria of your 24 months success stories in Osun State, we pray that God will continue to give you necessary wisdom, goodwill with good health and strength to seal your many dreams of putting in place a modern Osun.
