Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning: HFDI Team Visits Facilities

Hope For Family Development Initiative HFDI team has started his familiarisation with health care facilities on Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning (MEAL) in kwara State.

The purpose of the visitation was to ensure crosschecking of household Unique Identification (UID), which is important for both on NOMIS and NMHR platform at the Facilities.

The Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning (MEAL) visitation was also to ensure that there is no duplicity in Beneficiaries Unique ID registration, and to make sure that names and Unique IDs of beneficiaries tally.

The HFDI team comprising Masanwoola Mayowa and Abdulrahman Bashir had synergetic and collaborative discussion with each facility’s Data Entry Officer on the Challenges surrounding data quality while fashioning out solutions.

The facilities visited include:

* Children Specialist Hospital Center Igboro
