IPAYP: Implementation to Impact final review meeting holds in kwara

The official closeout meeting for the GC7/N-THRIP Project tagged implementation to impact held amid success stories in Kwara state.

 

At the event which was attended by the Executive Director, Hope for Family Development Initiative HFDI, Amb. Stephen Aremu Akinyele and other key stakeholders both locally and internationally, the ED appreciated God for the successes recorded throughout the GC7/N-THRIP project.

 

Officially announcing the project’s conclusion, scheduled to end formally on September 30th, 2025, while also noting that major activities have now been completed, he lauded the HFDI team for good service delivery of the project.

 

The Executive Director, Amb. Stephen Aremu Akinyele emphasised that HFDI’s operations are not dependent on donor funding, stating that the organisations presence and impact in Kwara State will continue to grow.

 

He encouraged all case managers to remain actively involved in their communities and assured them that new project opportunities are on the horizon, while he requested updates on the activities carried out by case managers during the last quarter.

 

The Executive Director reiterated the importance of ensuring that all pending case reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner, and he applauded the case managers presentation which highlighted key achievements and interventions within the assigned communities.

 

Also at the review meeting were representatives of Society for Family Health (SFH) who commended the case managers for their dedication and hard work, while urging them not to allow the closeout of the project to dampen their passion for community service and commitment to beneficiaries.

 

SFH acknowledged HFDI as a leading community-based organization, and praised the Executive Director, describing him as a dedicated and visionary leader whose guidance and commitment played a central role in the project’s success.

 

Other participants included HFDI Kwara office staff, project case managers, and three (3) representatives from the IPAYP Project, under the Society for Family Health SFH the implementing partner

 

On behalf of all case managers, Alhaji Olagunju, HFDI Kwara’s HR personnel, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Executive Director and all HFDI staff. He commended their relentless efforts in community engagement, household service delivery, and their contributions to improving the lives of vulnerable and marginalized populations, noting that many beneficiaries are now in better socio-economic positions as a result.
