By Ifeoluwa Nelson,

Hope for Family Development Initiatives HFDI in GC7N_THRIP project as part of its monitoring services, conducted home visitation to beneficiaries in Kwara state.

The purpose of the visitation was to check the welfare, and well being of the beneficiaries households, and also to confirm their health status in relation to adherence to treatment.

This is as the organization reiterated its determination and support to ensure that the beneficiaries have access to the services rendered by the organization on the project.

The GC7/N_THRIP Global Fund project aims to accelerate efforts to end the Tuberculosis, TB epidemic in Nigeria by 2026 and the HIV epidemic by year 2030.

The HFDI team at the visits gave talks on Health Education, Adherence Counselling, Environmental Sanitation, Growth Monitoring, Parental Skills, Water Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), and Educational Performance Assessment among others.
