RAMADAN: Osun Women Appreciates Titi Adeleke For Food Item Gifts

Some women group in Osun state has appreciated the wife of the Governor, Chief Mrs Titilola Adeleke for the food item gifts given to them for Ramadan.

 

The wife of the Governor, Chief Mrs Titilola Adeleke through her NGO, Imole Osun Development and Rekindled Hope, distributed food items to the women group in the state on Friday, at Local Government Service Commission Hall, Abere.

In her speech, she made emphasis on helping the people at this crucial time in Nigeria.

 

Noting that, it’s very important to help others, because both religion (christians and Muslims) are observing fasting, She also used the medium to appreciate her husband, the Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke for his assistance, and she encouraged the good people of Osun, to keep hope alive in the administration of her husband that he will fulfill his campaign promises.

The women group which include: the Widows association, Joint Association of Persons With Disability JONAPWD, Iyalojas, NULGE Women wing, Women in Agriculture, Women wing of People’s Democratic Party PDP, Fatimah group, NASFAT, Police widow women, FOMWAN, NACA among others, expressed delight at the Ramadan support.

 

Speaking on behalf of the women, One of the beneficiaries, Ameenra of FOMWAN Alhaja Sherifat Oladele appreciated the wife of the Governor for her kindness and count her association worth of the gesture, and she pray God to answer her prayers.

According to her, the distributed food items such as Beans, Onions, Seasonings etc will help during food preparation for household beneficiaries.

 

Dignitaries in attendance at the Ramadan food items sharing was the Commissioner for Women, Children and Social Development, Hon Ayobola Awolowo, the Special Adviser to Governor Adeleke on Women and Children Affairs, Hon Temilade Olokungboye among others.

 

The food items gifts by the wife of the Governor, Chief Mrs Titilola Adeleke was given to nothing less than 200 women beneficiaries in the state.
